What to expect
The form on this page is the fastest way to get a response, your message goes to the full board.
For dues or billing questions, use the "Dues / billing" topic in the form (or the board contact card on the Pay Dues page). For mail-in dues payments, see the payment instructions on the Pay Dues page.
For architectural requests, use the "Architectural request" topic. Include as much detail as you can, location on your lot, materials, dimensions, photos or drawings if you have them.
Response times
- General questions: a few days
- Dues / billing: within a week
- Architectural requests: up to two weeks (the full board reviews each one)
