How dues work

$500 / household for 2026, billed once per year in April and due by June 30. Late payments after July 31 incur a 10% late fee per the bylaws. (Historical: 2024 and 2025 dues were $170.)

We'll keep accepting checks as long as any homeowner prefers it. Make payable to Fox River View HOA, memo line: your address.
